Terms and Conditions

Rehomed is operated by Kyle Behrend Pty Ltd (ACN 699 700 000, ABN 88 699 700 000), a company incorporated in Australia. You can reach us at hello@kylebehrend.com.

When you send us your website address we build a concept of what a rehomed homepage could look like and send it to you, usually within 24 hours on business days. It is free and carries no obligation. The mockup is for your organisation's review only. It is not a working website and we may decline a request if your site cannot be read or is outside what we do.

• Home ($99 a month): up to eight pages built from your existing site, hosting, SSL, your domain connected, one content change a month done by us, links to your existing systems, and a full export on request.
• Home + Database ($149 a month): everything in Home, plus a private area where you add and edit listings, events and programs yourself, forms that save responses, search and filters, and two content changes a month.
• Extra content changes are $49 each. A change is one request of reasonable size, such as new text for a page, a new event, or a swapped photo. Larger work is quoted separately.
• Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.

• There is no setup fee and no transfer fee. Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time by email. Your site stays live until the end of the paid month. We then provide a full export of your content and code on request and help you move your domain.
• Except where the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise, payments are not refunded for a partial month.

• You keep ownership of your organisation's content, brand, photos and domain. You grant us a licence to host and display them only to provide the service.
• You confirm that your organisation has the right to publish the content, logos and photos you ask us to use, and you approve what goes live.
• Donations, payments, applications and member data stay with your existing providers. We are not responsible for those services.

We will build and host your site carefully, keep it secure and current, and make your changes within two business days of a clear request. We do not promise any level of donations, adoptions, traffic or search ranking.

Our templates, design system, code libraries and brand remain ours. You may keep the exported code of your own site and use it as you wish.

The service is provided with reasonable care but "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change is material we will email you before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
